Delivering funded projects, workshops and creative wellbeing activities in partnership with community organisations and local services.

Consistently bridging the gap between diagnosis and initial therapy with clinicians/ health professionals.

One-to-one support tailored to individual wellbeing, creative expression, personal development and empowerment goals.
MEMOIR WRITING SERVICE
Helping individuals preserve their life stories through guided interviews, storytelling and professionally written memoirs for future generations.
IMPACT MEASUREMENT & EVALUATION
Using participant feedback, outcome measures and creative evaluation tools to demonstrate impact, improve services and evidence positive change for funders and partner organisations.
WHY OUR PROGRAMMES WORK
At the heart of Arematherapy CIC is the belief that creative expression can be a powerful catalyst for healing, growth and empowerment. Many people find it difficult to put their experiences into words, particularly when they have experienced trauma, illness, loss, discrimination or other life challenges. Through music, storytelling, creative writing, art, movement and shared experiences, our programmes provide safe and supportive opportunities for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings and strengths in ways that feel natural, engaging and empowering.
Our approach focuses not only on emotional wellbeing, but also on building confidence, developing skills, strengthening community connections and supporting people to move forward positively in their lives.

ONGOING COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Many participants tell us that one of the most valuable aspects of our programmes is the sense of connection and belonging they develop with others.
Where appropriate, participants may have opportunities to remain connected through peer support networks, community activities, wellbeing initiatives, volunteering opportunities and signposting to additional services.
These ongoing connections can help reduce isolation, build confidence and provide continued encouragement long after a programme has ended.
