REsilience is a 10-week trauma informed programme, designed for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic adult female and survivors of racial abuse and colourism. It offers a safe and supportive space for healing and personal growth through various forms of creative expression, emphasising emotional safety and community support. Participants have the choice to engage in poetry, spoken word, or song writing to process their experiences, foster resilience, and raise awareness about racial abuse and colourism.
The program draws inspiration from real-life stories to ensure their emotional and physical well-being throughout their journey of healing and concludes with a celebration of participants’ growth and empowerment, ensuring their future well-being is supported.
